Wolves are willing to sell Ruben Neves if Arsenal or Manchester United can match their £40m asking price, according to The Sun‘s Jordan Davies.
The journalist, however, claims that the Midlands side are currently confident of keeping the Portuguese international this month as no club is thought to be willing to match the player’s valuation:

Arsenal are very keen on signing a midfielder, but so far they haven’t turned their attention back to Neves, even though he is available for quite a reasonable fee.
The Gunners have been locked in talks with Juventus over signing Arthur on loan but they are not willing to take the Brazilian on an eighteen-month loan.
Having also seemingly missed out on Lyon’s Bruno Guimaraes to Newcastle, their options are beginning to dwindle. Aston Villa’s Douglas Luiz and RB Leipzig’s Tyler Adams have also been looked at but a deal for Neves looks to be very very much on the cards if they want to take it.
