Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham are all keeping tabs on Napoli captain Lorenzo Insigne’s contract situation, according to Il Mattino (via TMW).
The Italian newspaper reports that the 30-year-old has yet to receive an offer from the Serie A side despite the fact that he has only one year remaining on his current deal.
Insigne has spoken out about the situation, saying he is currently focused on playing for Italy at the European Championships, but he has tasked his agents with talking to Napoli owner Aurelio De Laurentiis in order to get the issue resolved ahead of the start of next season.
The winger was in excellent form for his club last campaign, scoring 19 goals and contributing 11 assists in 48 appearances but his team narrowly missed out on qualification for the Champions League on the final day of the season.
Arsenal have been linked with Insigne in previous transfer windows but it would be a surprise if the Gunners are still interested considering the number of options manager Mikel Arteta has in wide areas.
