Bellerin remains one of Arsenal’s important players, but the Spaniard hasn’t been on his best form recently.

He has seen competition for his position increase with the return of Calum Chambers to the team.

The Spaniard has interest from PSG and Barcelona and Arsenal might consider this summer the best time to sell him.

Several clubs have been linked with a move for Royal and Mundo Deportivo has named the Gunners as one of the teams that is monitoring the 22-year-old.

The report says the Gunners have had an eye on his team for some time now as they also have an interest in Guido Rodríguez.

The full-back is owned by Barcelona and Betis jointly who agreed to each pay his former team, Atlético Mineiro, 6million euros for his signature.

The London club are keen on finding a replacement for Hector Bellerin, who is likely to leave the Emirates this summer, and the American international is one of the candidates being considered.

Adams’ adaptability is thought to be a key attraction, with the 22-year-old able to play as a fullback and as a central midfielder, with manager Mikel Arteta needing more flexibility in his system.

However, the likelihood of prising the player away from Leipzig appears to be pretty low at the moment, with the Bundesliga club keen not to sell any more of their star names.

They have already sold Dayot Upamecano and Ibrahima Konate to Bayern Munich and Liverpool respectively, while Marcel Sabitzer is also expected to be offloaded, having not signed a new contract. Adams, in contrast, has four years remaining on his current deal at the Red Bull Arena.
