Arsenal are reportedly looking to offload both Hector Bellerin and Ainsley Maitland-Niles at the end of the season.
The pair are currently out on loan and they are not expected to be part of Mikel Arteta’s first-team plans beyond the summer.
Supporters on Twitter have been discussing whether the Gunners should be looking to let both players go. Most feel that neither Bellerin nor Maitland-Niles has a future at the Emirates:
Both have had their time, really like both of them. Bellerin deserves to be a starter and AMN doesn’t want to be a squad player, so just a case of maximising both deals.

They are not what Arsenal needs now. They are Both below the standards of who we are trying to build

Arteta is on the right track! Sell them both! Niles is confused and Bellerin is finished at Arsenal.

Should’ve sold them 2 summers ago to strengthen depth. Sell ASAP

100% the right decision both aren’t needed, Bellerin will leave a fan favourite and well the less said about AMN the better

Bellerin has been angling for a permanent move away from Arsenal for quite a while so if Real Betis or another team in Spain are prepared to take him off the club’s hands for a good price then the Gunners are almost certain to sell.
Maitland Niles’ situation is slightly different. The 24-year-old was keen on getting more game time but he has struggled to establish himself at Roma so, much will depend on what sort of offers the club receive for the utility player when he returns to England.
