Arsenal are seriously considering a move for Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin, according to multiple reports in the English media.
The Gunners are seeking a replacement for Alexandre Lacazette and they have identified the England international as one of their prime candidates.
Fans on Twitter are not sure what to make of the rumours. Some think Calvert-Lewin would be a good signing while others are not convinced that the links to the forward are genuine:
I’d take him 100%

Remember Calvert lewin knows premiership isak, Vlahovic doesn’t and would take them a while to get use to it

A number of reliable reporters in the North West are reporting the story so some of the scepticism among supporters is unfounded.
Calvert-Lewin has been on Arsenal’s radar for well over a year, but there are still question marks over whether he would be a good purchase for the club.
He has spent the majority of this season on the treatment table so far and he is a player that needs service in order to get goals. With a reported asking price close to £60m, the Gunners will need to be absolutely sure that he is the right player to lead the line.
