Arsenal are keeping tabs on Napoli striker Victor Osimhen and Inter Milan forward Lautaro Martinez, according to CBS Sports journalist James Benge.
The former Gunners correspondent for Football.London claims that Mikel Arteta’s side have been “undertaking extensive scouting” of the two players ahead of the summer transfer window.
Osimhen is believed to have a €100m (£84m) asking price, while reports suggest that Martinez could be sold by Inter for around €70m (£59m).
Both players have been linked with a whole host of other English teams, with Manchester United and Tottenham said to be potential suitors for Osimhen, while Spurs and Liverpool are reportedly keen on Martinez.
Arsenal are unlikely to have the funds to go after the pair of them, but they are likely to be in the market for at least two strikers at the end of the season, with Eddie Nketiah and Alexandre Lacazette expected to leave the Emirates when their contracts expire in June.
