Celtic have been heavily linked with Gremio midfielder Fernando Henrique over the past few weeks, and it seems like the Hoops are favourites to sign him in the January transfer window.
There are some concerns about the player, with the 20-year-old having not played for Gremio for a number of months after losing his place in the team.
It has led some supporters on Twitter to question whether Henrique has the ability to make it in the Scottish Premiership:
Hope he’s not Scheidt!

With fans only able to watch brief clips of the Brazilian in action on YouTube, it is hard to tell whether the midfielder is any good or not.
The Hoops are seemingly taking advantage of new Brexit rules to sign Henrique, as he wouldn’t have been eligible for a work permit in the past, and it appears he has been on the club’s radar for quite a long time. We shall find out in January if the reports from Brazil are accurate.
