Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United have joined Liverpool and Newcastle in pursuing West Ham winger Jarrod Bowen, according to reports in England.
The 25-year-old was in superb form last season, scoring 18 goals and contributing 13 assists in all competitions, and his performances have attracted the attention of Blues boss Thomas Tuchel and his scouts.
Bowen generally plays off the right-wing, cutting in onto his stronger left foot, which would suggest that he would be a replacement for Hakim Ziyech.
It has been claimed by multiple sources that the Moroccan will be sold this summer if Chelsea receive a good enough offer for the winger.
Whether Bowen is seen as the Blues’ number one target to strengthen the right flank, we shall see, but it is believed that the interest being shown in the player is pressuring West Ham into offering a bumper new contract. If the winger does put pen to paper on a new deal, it would surely end any speculation about his future.
