Liverpool are tracking Bayer Leverkusen winger Moussa Diaby, according to reports in the Italian media.
The 22-year-old is believed to be on the Reds’ radar as the Merseyside club’s scouting department seek out potential options to strengthen Jurgen Klopp’s frontline.
Diaby has also been linked to Arsenal and Manchester United over the past year, and the Frenchman has been compared to Sadio Mane by some in the media. Fans on Twitter have been debating whether the forward is a genuine target:

Every 3 days the club is interested, tracking, scouting or monitoring a different name, knowing that we won’t be signing any of them. Seriously this is gutter journalism

The France international is certainly the right age, and his form for Leverkusen this season has been decent, having scored three goals and provided one assist in six league appearances.
However, Diaby is left-footed by trade and he generally favours the right-wing. Considering that is Mo Salah‘s preferred side and the fact that the Eqyptian is rarely injured, it would be a surprise if the Leverkusen star was top of Liverpool’s list of targets.
