Liverpool striker Divock Origi did not suffer an injury in the 3-2 win over AC Milan last night, despite having to be replaced on the hour mark by Sadio Mane.

Manager Jurgen Klopp confirmed after the match that the Belgian was simply suffering from cramp after a lengthy spell without playing competitive football.

Roberto Firmino remains sidelined with a hamstring problem, which he picked up against Chelsea at the end of last month, and there is still no word on when the Brazilian will return. He is unlikely to be in the starting lineup on Saturday when the Reds take on Crystal Palace at Anfield.

Harvey Elliott has had a successful operation on a dislocated ankle he sustained in a nasty collision with Leeds defender Pascal Struijk last weekend. The teenager is expected to be back before the end of the season.

Neco Williams is the only other player currently on the treatment table. The Welshman has still not fully recovered from a foot injury and it remains to be seen whether he will return to the matchday squad for the Palace game,
