Liverpool, Manchester United, Tottenham and Newcastle all had scouts in the stands as Juventus won 1-0 against Fiorentina on Saturday night, according to Calciomercato.it.

The Italian website claims the main focus of attention was Dusan Vlahovic, who could be available for €60m (£51.4m) when the transfer window reopens after rejecting a contract extension.

Vlahovic has been mentioned as a possible target for the Reds in the past, although going after a striker in January is unlikely to be top of the Reds’ list of priorities.

Calciomercato.it do, however, say that Premier League clubs were also likely keeping an eye on Juventus winger Federico Chiesa. Both Liverpool and Chelsea reportedly had bids knocked back for the Italian international in the summer, with it being claimed he is valued in excess of €100m (£85.7m).

Chiesa would certainly be an excellent signing, although his current price tag may put off many potential suitors. However, Juve currently sit eighth in the Serie A table and, if they don’t qualify for the Champions League this season, they may be forced into selling him for a lower amount next summer.
