Manchester City have topped Deloitte‘s Football Money League for the first time after bringing in revenue of €644.9m.

Real Madrid and Bayern Munich make up the top three with Barcelona in fourth and Manchester United (€558m) dropping all the way down to fifth.

Paris Saint-Germain are ahead of Liverpool (€550.4m) and Chelsea (€493.1m), with Juventus and Tottenham (€406.2m) making up the rest of the top ten.

Arsenal are trailing behind their North London rivals in eleventh, with their revenues (€366.5m) having been seriously impacted by the global health crisis, along with a number of other teams.

Deloitte‘s results cover the 2020/21 campaign, which was mostly played behind closed doors, and that has affected the makeup of the list. The Premier League‘s TV rights deal has helped many of the English teams weather the storm, and that is demonstrated by the revenue with 11 out of the top 20 in Europe now coming from these shores.
