Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger is demanding €12m a year gross rather than net salary, according to Bild journalist Christian Falk:
The distinction is very important as the German international actually wants £195,000 a week rather than the £390,000 a week that has been reported by some sources:
NOT TRUE ❌ is that @ToniRuediger wants a salary of 12 Mio € net per year from Chelsea (via Cadena Ser). TRUE ✅ his claim is closer to 12 mio € gross pic.twitter.com/q0G6hIdGOE

City, Spurs and now Liverpool are believed to be the three Premier League teams interested in Rudiger, and his wage expectations appear to be far more reasonable, if Falk is correct with his information.
There are no guarantees, though, that the 28-year-old is interested in staying in England if he does leave on a free transfer when his contract expires next June.
Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus have also been heavily linked with Rudiger, and the fact that the defender is available for nothing means teams on the continent will be able to compete financially for his signature. It remains to be seen where the German will end up.
