Manchester City know that three points will be enough to secure the Premier League title on Saturday but they will be coming up against a Chelsea team who are on a high after securing a place in the Champions League final.
Whether Thomas Tuchel’s side will be fully focused when they kick-off at the Etihad on Saturday evening, though, we shall have to wait and see. They are gunning for a top-four finish so you’d expect this to be a very competitive game.
