Metz president Bernard Serin has flown to the UK to hold talks with three Premier League teams about midfielder Pape Sarr, according to Sky Sports journalist Kaveh Solhekol.
The reporter, whose reliability is pretty questionable, says that Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea are the teams that could well be interested in snapping up the teenager:
FC Metz president Bernard Serin flying into Stansted airport this morning for talks with three Premier League chairmen about Pape Mate Sarr. 18-year-old midfielder one of best young players in France. Valued at €40m. Linked with Man City, Real Madrid, Chelsea and Man United.

As Solhekol points out, Metz are asking for a fee in the region of €40m (£34m) for Sarr, which is a lot of money for a player who has only one season of professional football under his belt.
The 18-year-old is being tipped to go right to the top of the game, though, and City have shown in the past that they are willing to invest heavily in young talent.
Sarr made 25 appearances in all competitions last campaign, scoring four goals and, despite his inexperience, he has already been capped twice by Senegal at international level.
