Manchester United have entered the battle to sign Lyon midfielder Houssem Aouar, according to Le10 Sport journalist Alexis Bernard.
The French reporter who, it must be said, is not the most reliable, claims that the Red Devils are considering Aouar as an option if they lose Paul Pogba to Paris Saint-Germain this summer:

As Bernard also mentions, Liverpool are keen on Aouar, along with Arsenal and Tottenham who have been pursuing the France international for a number of months.
It is said that Lyon could well be open to offloading the 22-year-old for just €20m (£17m) to €25m (£21.4m), although that figure has been disputed by a number of other sources.
The interest in Aouar does tally with recent claims about manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s plans to switch to a more attacking 4-3-3, with two advanced central midfielders. The Frenchman could easily slot in alongside Bruno Fernandes were there to be a change in formation.
