Chelsea have already decided to send Billy Gilmour on loan for another season, according to 90min.com.
The website claims that the Scottish international has not done enough during his current loan spell at Norwich City to warrant returning and becoming part of Thomas Tuchel’s first-team setup.
Gilmour, a former Rangers academy player, has been linked with a return to Ibrox before, and it is believed that the Scottish champions could again be in contention to sign him on a temporary basis this summer.
90min.com report that the Gers are one of three possible destinations for the 20-year-old, along with newly-promoted Fulham and Bournemouth.
Gilmour’s past association with the Glasgow club means that the Light Blues would be hopeful of securing his signature, especially if they are involved in the Champions League. However, any decision on his future won’t be made before his time at Norwich comes to an end in June.
