Leeds United are interested in signing Rangers winger Ryan Kent this summer but they will not make an offer for the former Liverpool player yet, according to reports in the English media.
The Whites have narrowed down their shortlist to three names as the Premier League outfit look to reinforce their options in wide areas.
Director of Football Victor Orta is monitoring Kent, as well as Manchester United’s Daniel James and Club Brugge’s Noa Lang, but there is currently no indication as to who their primary target is.
A decision to go after one of them may happen nearer to the end of the transfer window next month, once it becomes clearer which team is prepared to negotiate with Leeds.
Kent is an integral part of the Light Blues’ first team, so you would hope that Leeds decide to go after one of the other names on their list, but we shall see how it plays out in the coming weeks.
