Barcelona are willing to let second-choice goalkeeper Neto leave, after the player received a proposal from West Ham, according to reports in the Spanish media.

The Brazilian international was first linked with the Hammers in May, before the arrival of Alphonse Areola on loan, but it is believed that the 32-year-old is being lined up as a potential replacement for Lukasz Fabianski.

At the moment, Fabianski’s contract expires next June and, if the Pole does depart the London Stadium, it seems Neto is being seriously considered as a target ahead of next season.

New Barca head coach Xavi is reportedly open to letting the Brazilian go, as he is banking on youngster Inaki Pena to step up and become Marc-Andre ter Stegen’s deputy.

Neto, who has also been on Arsenal’s radar over the last twelve months, has had spells as Fiorentina and Valencia’s number one over the years, but he has played very little football in recent campaigns.
