West Ham centre-back Kurt Zouma put in an imperious display against Wolves at the weekend.
The 27-year-old played a key role in helping the Hammers keep a clean sheet, snuffing out the threat posed by Fabio Silva and blocking a number of shots from the young Portuguese striker.
Supporters on Twitter have been debating whether Zouma is the best centre-half the club have had over the last ten years, and many believe he deserves to be in the conversation:
Nowhere near. Different Bisto.

Prime Winston Reid was impressive man. 2014-2016 Winny was nothing short of spectacular. But even he isn’t Zouma level

Zouma has looked more than worth the £26m that West Ham paid Chelsea for his services in the summer, with some outstanding displays over the course of the season so far.
Of course, the France international has been on the receiving end of a lot of justifiable criticism for off-field matters in recent weeks but he has responded in the right way, by getting on with his football and performing at a very high level.
