Bayer Leverkusen centre-back Jonathan Tah has held preliminary talks with Premier League and La Liga teams, according to Kicker.
The German magazine reports there have been “loose contacts” between the player and interested clubs, although they have not named any of the potential suitors.
West Ham are thought to have added Tah to their list of transfer targets as they look to strengthen their options at centre-back, while Arsenal have been linked with the 25-year-old over the past year.
However, with the Gunners closing in on a deal for Brighton’s Ben White, it stands to reason that the Hammers would be the more likely team to be involved in discussions with Tah and his representatives.
Leverkusen are not believed to be holding out for an unrealistic transfer fee either with Kicker reporting that the German international could be sold if they receive an offer in the region of €20m or £17m.
