West Ham and Crystal Palace are the two likeliest clubs to sign Celtic forward Odsonne Edouard, according to Eurosport.
The Frenchman is very keen on a move to the Premier League. He has already seen a move to Leicester collapse although there is still optimism that a switch to England can be secured this summer.
Edouard has less than a year left on his contract, but he is still valued at around £20m by Celtic, so it remains to be seen whether the Hammers will stump up the cash.
With the Hoops keen to sell up, fearing that they could lose him for nothing next year, there could be some brinkmanship going on, with West Ham waiting until the last moment to get the best deal possible for the player.
However, there is a danger that could lead to other teams getting involved. Eurosport claim Arsenal may yet make a last-minute move for Edouard if they decide to sign a striker before the transfer window closes. This one could go down to the wire.
