The statisticians over at WhoScored.com have named their Euro 2020 Team of the Tournament, and West Ham right-back Vladimir Coufal has been given a place in the eleven.
As well as the Hammers defender, four other Premier League players made it into the team, including Chelsea‘s Jorginho, Manchester City’s Raheem Sterling, and Manchester United pair Luke Shaw & Harry Maguire:

Coufal has had an outstanding year for club and country, and he fully deserves recognition for his consistent form. Considering he cost the London club just £5.4m back in October, you have to give credit to both manager David Moyes and the recruitment team for identifying him as a potential bargain.
The fullback and his Czech teammate Tomas Soucek have been the backbone to the West Ham’s revival over the past twelve months and supporters will be hoping that both of them continue performing at the highest level for the foreseeable future.
