West Ham are keeping tabs on Sheffield United goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale, according to reports in the UK.
The Blades paid £18.5m to snap up the 22-year-old from Bournemouth last summer but, despite making some decent saves, he hasn’t had the best first season at Bramall Lane.
With Lukasz Fabianski now 35 years of age, the Hammers are on the lookout for a potential long-term replacement but supporters on Twitter are adamant that Ramsdale is not the answer:

The keeper did put in an eye-catching display against Liverpool last night, but his performances overall this campaign have been pretty mediocre. His save percentage is a respectable 68.8% but his predecessor in goal, Dean Henderson, managed 75.5% last season.
Although Sheffield United may be open to selling Ramsdale as part of a fire sale of their top talent, they are unlikely to be willing to make a significant loss on Ramsdale, and his stats suggest he wouldn’t be worth the outlay.
