Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero has not held talks with other clubs despite his contract expiring in the summer, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano.
The Italian reporter claims the Argentinian international has opted to wait until the end of the season out of respect to Manchester City. Fans on Twitter are delighted with the 32-year-old’s stance:

With City having yet to offer Aguero a new contract, the forward is well within his rights to begin discussions with other teams, but it seems he hasn’t given up hope of staying at the Etihad.
Manager Pep Guardiola says he is completely focused on the Citizens’ title challenge and he may only consider Aguero’s future at the next international break.
Barcelona are thought to be interested in snapping up the Argentine, and if he does end up leaving Manchester, it would be hard for fans to accept considering they may not have the chance to say goodbye after ten incredible years at the club.
