Arsenal left-back Kieran Tierney will turn down approaches from Real Madrid and Barcelona if the two La Liga clubs make official bids for him this summer, according to reports in England.
It is thought that both teams have added Tierney to their shortlist of targets, although it is not believed either of them have registered their interest with the fullback‘s representatives at this stage.
With Tierney seemingly not interested in leaving the Emirates, Real and Barca may now move on to other targets. The news has delighted supporters on Twitter:
That is brilliant if true he is one hell of a player

Many believe Tierney is a candidate to be the next captain, once Alexandre Lacazette leaves the club, and the fact that the Scottish international is prepared to reject overtures from two of Europe’s biggest teams indicates his level of commitment to the Gunners.
The 24-year-old has been in great form this campaign, and it looks as though he will be an Arsenal player for many more years to come.
