Celtic winger Karamoko Dembele scored his first goal for the senior side in Celtic’s 3-1 friendly win against Hibernian this afternoon.
The Hoops capitalised on a defensive error with Olivier Ntcham robbing Hibs of the ball near the penalty area and passing to the teenager who was in space.
Dembele calmly finished with his left foot into the bottom right-hand corner, with some supporters on Twitter calling on manager Neil Lennon to give him a more prominent role in the first team:
Get him in the 1st team!!

The hype around Dembele is certainly justified. He has already been shortlisted for the Golden Boy award and he is definitely one to look out for over the course of the season.
Whether he’ll be picked ahead of the experienced James Forrest, it is doubtful, but the Scottish Under 17 international will probably get some run-outs in the League Cup and Scottish Cup in order to aid his development further.
