Celtic attacking midfielder Ryan Christie was by no means the only poor performer in the Hoops’ 2-2 draw against Livingston last night but his displays over the season, as a whole, have also been very disappointing.
The Scottish international failed to pick out a pass at the Tony Macaroni Arena despite supposedly being a key playmaker, and he lost out in a 50/50 challenge for Livi’s equaliser on the hour mark.
Supporters on Twitter gave Christie both barrels after the game, with many questioning his commitment to the club after refusing to sign a new contract:
This guy is not interested in playing for Celtic. Get rid immediately

Statistically speaking, Christie hasn’t had that bad of a season, with four goals and 11 assists in 29 appearances, but there has been a sharp drop off from his performances last campaign.
It seems as though the 25-year-old is angling for a move away from Celtic Park, with Arsenal and Nice having been mentioned as potential destinations but, based on last night’s display, he won’t be joining that calibre of club.
