REPORT: Real Madrid Eye Shock Move For Kante As Chelsea Line Up 34M Replacement

Real Madrid are keeping tabs on Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante’s situation at Stamford Bridge, according to El Gol Digital.

The Spanish website reports that the La Liga side are very interested in taking the France international off the London club’s hands if they sign a long-term replacement for the player this summer.

It is believed that the Blues are interested in signing Rennes starlet Eduardo Camavinga, along with the likes of Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain.

If the teenager, who is valued at around €40m (£34m), does end up at Stamford Bridge, El Gol claim that Real are hopeful that a deal could be done for Kante.

Whether there is any truth to this story, it is highly doubtful. Even if Camavinga were to be signed, he is very much one for the future, and he could certainly learn a thing or two from his fellow Frenchman.

Kante has also never expressed any desire to move on from Chelsea, despite being the subject of a lot of transfer speculation over the years, so fans shouldn’t be worried about him potentially leaving.
