Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has been nominated for the Premier League Manager of the Month after his side’s performances in February.
The Reds won all four of their league games last month; a 2-0 win over Leicester, a narrow 1-0 victory away at Burnley, an edgy 3-1 win against Norwich as well as the 6-0 thrashing of Leeds.
All four victories have helped to boost the Merseyside club’s chances of winning the league title for the second time in the space of three seasons, as they now trail Manchester City by six points with a game in hand.
Klopp will be going up against Arsenal’s Mikel Arteta, Southampton’s Ralph Hasenhuttl and Newcastle United’s Eddie Howe for the prize, and fans can vote by heading here.
Considering Klopp was the only manager to win four league matches in February, (Arteta only managed three), you would have to think that the German will be the favourite to get the award.
