Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos will be out for a month after picking up a calf injury playing for Spain on international duty.
It means he will not be available to play Liverpool in both legs of the Champions League quarter-final tie. Some fans on Twitter are disappointed that Mo Salah won’t have the opportunity to take revenge on the Spaniard, whiles others are delighted that the 35-year-old has been ruled out:

Real’s chances of keeping Liverpool at bay will be damaged by the absence of Ramos so it should give the Reds a greater chance of progressing to the semi-finals.
However, the possibility of evening the score with Ramos, after the controversial incident in the 2018 Champions League final, has now been taken away. Salah will still, though, be keen to get one over on Real and it wouldn’t be a surprise if he does get on the scoresheet in both legs.
