EPL Club Expected To Make Last Gasp Swoop For 15M Rated Rangers Star Ahead Of Tuesday’s Deadline

Leeds are lining up a possible offer for Rangers winger Ryan Kent before the transfer deadline on Tuesday, according to reports in the English media.

The 25-year-old has been a long-term target for Whites boss Marcelo Bielsa, with the Premier League side said to have had a £10m bid rejected for the former Liverpool player last summer.

It is believed that the Light Blues value Kent at around £15m, and it remains to be seen whether Leeds will table a bid that is close to the Scottish champions’ asking price.

The Englishman has struggled for form at the start of the season, but assistant manager Gary McAllister has claimed the winger is suffering with a niggle that could be affecting his performances.

However, after being rested for the Europa League game against FC Alashkert midweek, Kent is expected to be back in the matchday squad for the Old Firm derby at Ibrox this afternoon.
