City will certainly face a challenge getting past a stubborn Atletico side while Chelsea will need to be at their best to overcome Real, who knocked out PSG in the last 16. We shall see how things unfold next month.

Considering that Real Madrid, in particular, are not among the top contenders for the Champions League this season, City supporters on Twitter are speculating that Haaland may be listing his potential next clubs instead:

“If they are not favourites, they should be second. You can make a case for Manchester City but Liverpool’s pedigree over the years suggests that there is nothing between the two sides.
