The fixtures for the 2023-24 English Premier League season have been announced. The defending champion Manchester City will be a guest of the league’s new team Burnley in the first week of the season, which starts on August 11
Premier League 1 Week Match Day
According to a statement from the Premier League, the 38-week marathon consisting of 380 matches will start on August 11 and end on May 19, 2024.
Manchester City, who made a “trilogy” by winning the Premier League, Federation Cup and UEFA Champions League last season under Spanish coach Josep Guardiola, will face the league’s new team Burnley in the first match of the week.
In the most important fight of the first week, Chelsea will host Liverpool at Stamford Bridge Stadium.
The first of the North London derbies between Arsenal and Tottenham will be played at the Emirates on September 23, and the second Decider at Tottenham’s ground on April 27.
The first Manchester derby of the season will be hosted by Old Trafford Stadium on October 28. City will host their opponent on March 2.
