Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi’s move to Manchester City is a “real” possibility, according to FOX Sports broadcaster Christian Martin.
Taking to Instagram yesterday, the journalist claimed sources in Spain and England have confirmed to him that Messi is open to leaving the Camp Nou for the Premier League:

This follows on from other reports in the Spanish media that Messi is currently unsettled at Barca after growing tension with the Catalan club’s board.
The Argentinian international is said to be fed up with being accused of running the club and being blamed for the club’s poor signings.
Messi has had his run-ins with Barcelona in the past, which have been resolved, but it is claimed that he has now withdrawn from contract talks over extending his stay beyond next year.
Whether this actually leads to him forcing a move this summer and making the switch to City to link up once more with Pep Guardiola, we shall have to wait and see.
