Manchester United were offered Marseille midfielder Boubacar Kamara but decided against making a move for the player before the January transfer window closed, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Italian journalist was speaking on his Here We Go podcast when he made the claim. Fans on Twitter were split on whether the Red Devils made the right decision on not going after the 22-year-old:

Marseille were believed to be keen on offloading Kamara for just €10m (£8.3m) last month as his contract expires at the end of the season.
However, United are mindful of the fact that they are still without a permanent manager and any transfer decisions have been delayed until a new man arrives next summer.
Whether Kamara will still be a target then, we shall see. The Frenchman will be available on a free transfer but there are a lot of other teams interested in the midfielder, with Atletico Madrid, Roma and Chelsea having all been linked in recent weeks.
