Chelsea have stepped up their attempts to sign Inter Milan wingback Achraf Hakimi, according to Sky Sport Italia journalist Angelo Mangiante.
The reporter claims the Blues have “increased their offer” to €60m (£51m), with the London club also offering up either Marcos Alonso and Emerson Palmieri as possible makeweights in the deal:

As Mangiante also points out, Paris Saint-Germain are rivals for Hakimi’s signature, having made a €65m (£55.6m) bid of their own, but both proposals are still below Inter’s asking price.
Reports in Italy suggest that the Serie A champions want between €75m (£64m) and €80m (£68.5m), which would be a substantial outlay for Chelsea, considering they are also pursuing Borussia Dortmund’s Erling Haaland.
It will be hoped that Inter are interested in taking either Alonso or Emerson as part of the deal, but there has been no indication so far that the Nerazzurri would be open to a part-exchange offer.
