Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah is one of three forwards that West Ham manager David Moyes is targeting ahead of the summer transfer window, according to reports in England.
The Gunners forward will have just one year remaining on his current deal at the Emirates in June and he may well be available for a reasonable fee. There were reports in January that the Hammers were keen on the England Under 21 international but no move materialised.
Nketiah isn’t the only player being looked at by Moyes. The West Ham manager is thought to have drawn up a three-man shortlist which also includes Chelsea’s Tammy Abraham and Brentford’s Ivan Toney.
Out of the three, Nketiah is likely to be the cheapest, considering his contract situation, although it is believed that the Irons would prioritise Abraham at this stage. It is claimed that Declan Rice could play a key role in securing the Blues striker’s signature.
