Chelsea forward Timo Werner has “become increasing frustrated” with his lack of game time and “could follow Abramovich out of Stamford Bridge” according to Goal‘s Nizaar Kinsella.
The website’s Blues correspondent says the German international, who is earning £250,000 a week, is considering his options ahead of the summer transfer window:
Timo Werner rescued Chelsea in the FA Cup on Tuesday 🔵
But the German could be nearing the end of his time at the club, with Borussia Dortmund interested.

It is believed that Werner’s representatives will hold talks with the club in the coming weeks to determine where he fits into the plans of manager Thomas Tuchel.
If the 25-year-old doesn’t get the reassurances he needs, the striker may well press for a move away from London. Borussia Dortmund have been linked with him in the German media but the Bundesliga club will only step up their interest if they fail to sign Karim Adeyemi from Red Bull Salzburg.
In terms of other potential suitors, Werner’s sizeable salary is likely to make things difficult so selling the German won’t be straightforward.
