Arsenal are one of the teams interested in signing Paris Saint-Germain fullback Colin Dagba, according to reports in the French media.
The France Under 21 international has been heavily linked with a loan move to Saint-Etienne but the player has no interest in joining the Ligue One side, with a permanent exit next summer believed to be likelier.
It means the Gunners will have a chance of securing Dagba’s services, but they will have to fend off interest from the likes of Borussia Dortmund, Fiorentina and Real Betis.
After signing Takeihiro Tomiyasu last year, there will be questions marks over whether manager Mikel Arteta needs another right-back.
However, with Hector Bellerin expected to leave permanently at the end of the season, Calum Chambers out of contract, and Cedric rarely used, it suggests there could be room for Dagba.
The Frenchman only turned 23 in September and, with PSG keen to offload him, he is unlikely to cost a great deal either.
