Arsenal will have both Granit Xhaka and Thomas Partey suspended for the game against Burnley tomorrow after the latter’s sending off in the Carabao Cup versus Liverpool on Thursday night.

Calum Chambers (knock) and Cedric Soares (hip) are facing late fitness tests, and Bernd Leno is a doubt due to a back problem. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is not expected to feature, while Nicolas Pepe and Mohamed Elneny are still away at the African Cup of Nations.

Arsenal’s Predicted XI To Face Burnley:

Ramsdale, Tomiyasu, White, Gabriel, Tierney, Lokonga, Smith Rowe, Odegaard, Saka, Lacazette, Martinelli

Burnley last played on January 8th due to a virus outbreak and injury problems but manager Sean Dyche should have most of his players back for the trip to the Emirates.

Connor Roberts (fitness), Nathan Collins (illness) and Charlie Taylor (knock) are minor doubts, while Ashley Barnes is still sidelined with a thigh problem. Maxwel Cornet is on international duty at AFCON.

Burnley’s Predicted XI:

Pope, Lowton, Tarkowski, Mee, Pieters, Gudmundsson, Westwood, Brownhill, McNeil, Rodriguez, Vydra

The bookmakers have made Arsenal the red hot favourites with Unibet pricing them at 7/20 for the win. A draw is 17/4 with Sky Bet while a victory for the Clarets is 11/1 at William Hill.

Predicted Score – 2-0 to Arsenal
