The reliable Twitter ITK claims there are at least five clubs interested in signing the Malian international, including one other Premier League side, and three continental European teams:

Liverpool and Manchester City are the likeliest rivals for Bissouma’s signature in England but from what TheAFCBell is saying, it appears the 24-year-old has his heart set on a move to the Emirates. Fans on Twitter are excited by this latest development:

Arsenal have yet to make a formal bid for the midfielder and it remains to be seen whether they will have the funds to finance a deal, especially if they complete a move for Norwich’s Emi Buendia.
The Gunners have reportedly made an opening offer of £30m (including add-ons) for the Argentine but the Canaries are expected to hold out for £40m. With Brighton likely to want a similar figure for Bissouma, it’s unlikely that Mikel Arteta’s side will be able to afford both without raising money through player sales.
